Kelsie Toole was promoted by Chicago Title to Residential Sales Business Development Specialist in 2014. She serves the Kansas City Metro covering Johnson, Wyandotte and Leavenworth County in Kansas and Jackson, Cass, Clay and Platte County in Missouri. She was an escrow closer for Chicago Title for many years and other previous experience includes loan originations, underwriting and branch management within the mortgage industry.
Kelsie’s focus as sales executive is relationship building with the realtors, builders, lenders, investment bankers and attorneys that work with local buyers and sellers. Kelsie enjoys meeting with her referral sources to determine protocols for their individual or company needs in title insurance orders, processing and settlement. She works with her staff and clients to achieve agreed upon expectations.
Kelsie’s knowledge base of Chicago Title’s value added products helps her clients in their marketing efforts. She provides lead location services and electronic applications to help her customers save time and money, in addition to helping realtors gain listings and buyers. She enjoys earning the business of her clients and never takes for granted any transactions sent her way. Customer service is always at the forefront of Kelsie’s mind.
Working alongside escrow agents and assistants, Kelsie consistently provides her customers with a great attitude, and works to develop growth in her market for Chicago Title in the Kansas City Metro.
